We utilize a fully tailored process to assist tribal governments with developing comprehensive land use plans that are unique to the nation. Our process ensures that the plan aligns with existing plans and properly supports short and long-term community goals. We provide hands-on assistance to tribal leaders, staff, and other key stakeholders throughout the entire planning process. At SEE Renewal, we work with the tribal planning team and key stakeholders to design and develop a plan that evaluates land use issues, establishes a path toward better land use patterns, and informs zoning and other land use regulations. The plan is used to make recommendation for updated policies and internal procedures that will minimize conflicts in land use, enhance community wellbeing, and encourage sound development.
