Budget Training in Coordination with the NLC

The Seminole Tribe’s Native Learning Center (NLC) invited SEE Renewal’s founder and principal consultant, Amy Wilson, to facilitate an onsite budget training session for the Chickahominy Tribe in Virginia. After discussing the different budgeting styles, processes, and outcomes, Amy facilitated a budget strategy session where the group worked together to evaluate internal budget processes and brainstorm ways to improve the current strategy. Amy thanks Krystal Cedeno, the others at the NLC, and the Chickahominy Tribe for hosting the 3-day onsite session. In addition to meeting great people and having fun, Amy thoroughly enjoyed learning more about the Tribe and its membership and rich history.
