Save the date for this three-day in-person strategic planning workshop at the Native Learning Center in Hollywood, Florida!
Amy Wilson, Founder & Principal Consultant at SEE Renewal, will lead this training session designed to benefit tribal professionals. The workshop will focus on building effective strategic planning skills to enhance organizational success and community development initiatives. During the three-day workshop, Amy will review foundational concepts related to strategic planning, provide a thorough explanation of planning elements, and lead participants in applying strategic planning concepts and elements through a practical application of the strategic planning and plan-making process. Practical application is a primary aim of the three-day workshop and includes break-out exercises where participants will work together to lead and carry out the strategic planning process by applying research, analysis, strategy, decision-making, stakeholder management, and plan-writing concepts and skills. Amy will support break-out group exercises by observing, assisting, and providing constructive feedback throughout the mini-strategic planning process to help participants improve strategic planning and plan-writing skills.
