Our Commitment
Customer Referral Program
Our customer referral program is aimed at giving thanks to those who support us by referring our services to others. We’ve developed our referral program to benefit both those doing the referring and those being referred. Whether we’ve worked with you before or you’re an existing client, friend, or even familiar stranger, at SEE Renewal, we genuinely appreciate our advocates, supporters, and also those who we may not know well, but who know enough about us to feel comfortable recommending our services to others. Our referral program includes advisory and specialty product incentives, percentage-based discounting, and social good incentives.
Piggyback Program
At SEE Renewal, we’ve designed the piggyback program as a tool that can be used to provide our clients with a little extra support in getting to the next step. The aim is to be able to assist our clients in initiating subsequent phase projects. SEE Renewal’s piggyback program is a tiered cost-saving model that we use to provide our clients percentage-based discounting on multi-phase projects and subsequent phase work. So, what if the findings of the first phase aren’t strong enough to support second-phase work? That’s okay. Even if the outcome of the initial phase results in a “do not proceed” or “go back to the drawing board” situation, as long as SEE Renewal performed the first-phase work and we’ve been contracted, retained, or otherwise engaged to perform subsequent phase services, and the work directly relates to our findings, options, or the recommendations outlined in the previous phase deliverables, the project will qualify for percentage-based discounting under SEE Renewal’s piggyback program.
Company Commitment Program
Incentive-Based Planning Program
At SEE Renewal, we know that the best plans are those that are developed through a highly collaborative and engaged process. We also know that it can be challenging to encourage people to participate in the planning process for a variety of reasons. There may be wide agreement among decision-makers that they need to have a specific plan in place, but some may lack the motivation required to ensure that the outcome is as effective as possible. That’s why at SEE Renewal, we’ve established an incentive-based planning program.
Our incentive-based planning program is custom-designed for the needs of the client and tailored around the specific circumstances. The program is useful for a variety of different types of planning projects; however, SEE Renewal’s incentive-based planning program is especially well-suited for initial and early-stage planning projects. These are projects where the client is either new to the planning process or has previous experience in planning but struggled to gain internal participation and coordination during planning efforts. Our incentive-based planning program is also suitable for situations where there is distrust across the stakeholders necessary for the planning process to be as successful as possible.
Projects under this program are similar to a regular project in the sense that they have a well-defined scope, agreed-upon deliverables, period of performance, and cost. The difference is that projects performed under the incentive-based planning program typically have a shorter period of performance and include an add-on scope that outlines additional tasks, levels of participation needed by the client, and expected deliverables that go above and beyond the “minimum” set of deliverables already guaranteed to the client. The “above-and-beyond” services and products are just that: they are provided to the client without additional costs, but require above-and-beyond efforts from both parties.
Professional Development Program
At SEE Renewal, we believe in professional development and growing the types of skills, capacities, and knowledge needed to create employment opportunities from within. We created our professional development program to put our words into action. We are committed to assisting our clients in building the skills needed from within to sustain programs, positions, and long-term goals. SEE Renewal accomplishes this by providing tribes with access to specialized knowledge and technical skills at a reasonable rate with the primary aim of assisting the tribal leaders, managers, and staff with access to the tools they need to implement projects and plans, keep initiatives going, and ensure that organizational operations stay aligned with the tribe’s strategic direction.
Local Liaison Program
Our local liaison program is designed to support local experts. We use it as a tool to create opportunities for shared perspectives, engage the community to a greater extent, and incorporate local knowledge. We work with the client to find the best ways that we can support local liaisons, local talent, and members with traditional knowledge who might assist in carrying out the project.
Finance Program
At SEE Renewal, we know that first-time and stepping-stone projects can be difficult to get going for a variety of reasons, including lack of funds. These are the projects that we call the “come back when you get more experience” projects. We see first-time projects as being similar to a young person applying for that first or second job out of high school or in the early years of college. Sometimes despite having a flawless interview—clearly demonstrating a history of hard work, dedication, excitement, and drive—it’s not enough. This is the situation where the hiring manager leans over the desk and says: “I like you; you have potential, you’re wide-eyed and bushy-tailed, but come back when you have experience and then we’ll talk.”
We recognize that first-step and stepping-stone projects are quite similar to getting that first job; they require that someone take a risk and give you a chance because you don’t have a solid foundation yet. That’s why SEE Renewal has established an in-house finance program for tribal government clients. SEE Renewal is a new company. Just like you, we are building a foundation and our resources are limited. But we believe in what we do, and we believe in those we work for. We’re all in this world together, and if we’re going to be successful as individuals, organizations, and nations, we must do what we can to support each other. SEE Renewal’s finance program is our way of doing what we can to support our clients in building a foundation for the future.
