Communication Plans
We will perform a formal evaluation of the types of information needed to better understand existing information channels, information gaps, and unnecessary overlaps. Such evaluations are needed to properly formulate and document the guidelines and processes that enable an organization to transfer information across stakeholders in a more effective and efficient manner. Our communication plans are intended to assist tribal and organizational leaders with managing difficult situations. Communication plans are especially valuable for different types of program management, including communication needed to maintain organizational alignment, coordinate and deploy resources for disaster and emergency planning, and to improve internal accountability. The outcome is formal process that will help the organization to make effective use of current resources, better justify the need for additional resources, create internal and external trust, and to establish an administrative record.
