Kenneth EnemyHunter, Energy Strategy & Construction Management Lead
Kenneth has a long history of service to his tribe, Crow Nation, as the Director of Hydroelectric and Coal Alternatives, Chief Director of Energy Development, and the Finance Officer for the Tribal Employment Rights Office. During his tenure with Crow Nation, his team developed planning for a solar farm, wind farm and a hydroelectric dam to assist in enhancing tribal natural resources. He earned numerous certifications related to the surface coal mining industry during his 38-year career in the energy industry. A decorated Vietnam Air Force veteran, Kenneth is a proud member of the prestigious Night Hawk, Tobacco, Warrior & Sun Dance Societies, and a hereditary war chief of the Crazy Dog Society.
As SEE Renewal’s Energy Strategy & Construction Management Lead, Kenneth contributes to the company’s energy strategy and construction related services. He conducts organizational needs assessments to help tribal construction and energy departments improve their operations and analyzes existing energy and infrastructure systems to assist in developing strategies to meet clients’ goals. His work also includes developing initial draft reports related to energy, infrastructure, natural resources, economic development, community development, and climate hazard mitigation.
Kenneth is dedicated to working with Native American communities and private sector clients to expand renewable energy development in Indian Country and improve construction management for cost savings with a focus on sustainability. His inspiration is to contribute to leaving a safe, clean, and healthier world for Earth Mother and future generations of all people.
