Muhammad Arslan, Civil Engineer
Muhammad Arslan has over 13 years’ experience in civil engineering and information technology (IT), with a bachelor’s degree in civil engineering from the Mehran University of Engineering & Technology in Jamshoro, Pakistan. He has worked on and managed multi-million-dollar infrastructure projects and complex civil works projects, including potable water, firefighting networks, sewerage, stormwater drainage networks, irrigation, street lighting, roadworks, and telecommunications. In addition, he has completed over 1,400 projects in graphic design, search engine optimization (SEO), social media management, video editing, and website development. From Pakistan to the United Arab Emirates to the United States, Muhammed has made his mark as a civil engineer and IT innovator.
As SEE Renewal’s Civil Engineer, Muhammed collaborates with team members and clients to design and carry out a broad range of planning, technical, and organizational management projects. He conducts policy research, document reviews, and data analysis to produce initial drafts for energy, infrastructure, natural resources, economic development, community development, emergency preparedness, climate hazard mitigation, fire prevention, and organizational management plans. He also analyzes existing infrastructure systems, developing strategies to meet client goals based on available funding, related projects, and other factors, and prepares project specifications, cost estimates, timelines, and budgets for grants and proposals. As SEE Renewal’s in-house graphic designer, he assists in designing the company’s website content, company presentations, and training materials.
Muhammed’s civil engineering and IT expertise supports SEE Renewal’s broad range of advisory, technical, and training related projects ensuring adherence to quality standards, and the collaboration across stakeholders to achieve project goals.
