We will perform a systematic study focused on a particular tract of land in order to assist the client better understand the current conditions and make easier to identify future opportunities. Our approach is designed around a process that allows us to consider the factors that may make phased development within a planned unit more manageable and desirable then alternative options or ad hoc development. We assess factors such as existing land use, location, access, regulatory constraints, market, mixed and complementary uses, infrastructure needs, available capital, and the political environment.
